    The spacious rooms (40 m²) are as new. The building was constructed in 2001. All apartments are furnished with a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, a little bar, a table with two chairs, remote control television, air-conditioning and a refrigerator. Also, each room has 2 silk kimonos provided.
      A marble floor and marble bathroom with bathtub are luxurious features of every apartment. On each balcony or terrace there is a round table with two chairs.
