Apartment 1

This was the first apartment building constructed and was completed in 2004. It has 3 storeys and a total of 12 apartments of different size. There is also a small garden/ walkway with tropical plants. The building is totally 1.402 m2 built on a plot of 723 m2. It is located right next to the main building with reception/restaurant and is very centrally placed.
